What is balance?
It could be physics or chemistry or biology. All three sciences connected with one word? Seems quite impossible right? Well, let’s take a look:
Newton’s law involved balanced chemical equations, and of course balance in the food chain.
If balance was as simple as this, life would be very…………………imbalanced, don’t you think?
It is necessary to abide by the laws of nature, and keep balance in whatever you do.

Only about a fortnight ago, the news had a blaring headline:
“WHY IS BALANCE BETWEEN WORK AND HOLIDAYS IMPORTANT?”
Well, it is but obvious that work does not correspond to us, but what about school?
Studies have shown that excessive work load (students, perk up!) could lead to bouts of depression, or even worse, anxiety. The same applies for holidays as well. Studies have also shown that excessive holidays (students, perk up here too!) could make the brain lazy, and could slow down processes such as decision-making and processing of stimuli. Most people would admit that they do not like missing a lot of days at work or school, because, it simply gets a little ‘BORING’ after a while.
Likewise, every day cannot be good, every day cannot be bad. We have good days, bad days, great moments, and not-so-great moments. We just have to go along with the flow, and ‘chill’.
‘Cause life’s got ups and downs, and that’s what makes a roller coaster fun, right?
